Are you passionate about getting more children and young people involved in sports? Do you have a passion for beach volleyball and want to make a difference in an environment full of energy, teamwork, and growth? Then you’re the person we’re looking for as our newyouth coordinator!
As a youth coordinator, you’ll play a key role in our efforts to develop the beach volleyball stars of the future and ensure that children and young people in our club have positive experiences. We’re looking for a dedicated person who can take on responsibility and help plan and carry out activities for our youth division.
Your job responsibilities include:
- Development of the youth divisions: You’llhelp ensure a clear structure, a positive environment, and athletic development in our youth groups, including Ramasjang, Kids, U15, U18, and our new U19-25 teams. In addition, you’ll help align the new strategy with two tracks: from youth to the new “Recreational/Youth to Elite” program.
- Recruitment and Development: You’llplay a key role in finding, onboarding, and supporting our youth coaches. Together, you’ll create the best environment for inspiring, high-quality training. You’ll help build and recruit youth mentors who contribute to strengthening and developing our youth players.
- Coordination and Administration: Youensure that the equipment and logistical arrangements for the youth division are up-to-date and functioning properly. Your efforts help create structure and make day-to-day operations easier for both coaches and players.
- Promoting beach volleyball: Youwill plan and carry out activities that raise awareness and spark interest in beach volleyball. By collaborating with local and municipal organizations—including schools, volleyball clubs, and social media—you will help attract even more children and young people to the sport.
- Events & Cross-Functional Collaboration:You will lead social gatherings and youth events that create positive experiences, a sense of community, and unity among our youth members.
