1. Vintersæson 2025-2026 og CPH Beach ugentlig træningsplan
Vintersæsonen 2025-26 starter i begyndelsen af oktober (uge 40) og slutter i slutningen af april (uge 18, inkl.).
CPH Beach råder over baner til træning og spil i Hafnia Hallen, Valby.

Generelt, baseret på klubbens strategi, har bestyrelsen fastsat prioriteringer for træningerne i de forskellige enheder (Bredde, Elite, Ungdom).
Dette inkluderer fastsættelse af antal ugentlige træninger for hver enhed og sikring af, at alle CPH Beach-baner bliver brugt til træning i hverdagene i vintersæsonen.
Dette giver mere fleksibilitet til frie bookinger i weekenderne for alle medlemmer.
SU, Elitechef og Ungdomskoordinator har derefter udarbejdet den detaljerede plan og fordelt klubbens trænere.
2. Bredde-tilbud og træningspakker
For vinter 2025 tilbyder klubben følgende muligheder til breddespillere:

Én ugentlig eftermiddags-/aftentræning: Pris: 700 DKK for hele sæsonen.
Afholdes på hverdage (mandag til torsdag) i tidsrummet kl. 17-23.
Forskellige træningsgrupper med forskellige niveauer (fra begynder til øvet) er tilgængelige.
OG/ELLER

Én ugentlig morgen-træning: Pris: 400 DKK for hele sæsonen.
Afholdes onsdag morgen kl. 6:30-8:00.
Forskellige niveauer (fra begynder til øvet) er samlet i samme gruppe, men kan deles ud på de reserverede baner til denne session.
Hvis du er tildelt en træningsgruppe, skal du betale for en træningspakke ud over kontingentet.
Klubbens medlemskontingent skal betales af alle, der ønsker at være medlem af klubben:

Med et medlemskab har du mulighed for at:
(i) købe træningspakker (se ovenfor),
(ii) booke baner gratis sammen med andre medlemmer, og/eller
(iii) deltage i klubevents (fx Fredags-hygge mix, interne turneringer, påskefrokost, julefrokost osv.).
Priserne på træningspakkerne er fastsat af bestyrelsen i henhold til klubbens økonomiske strategi.
3. Bredde eftermiddags-/aftentræningsgrupper

Bemærk venligst, at kun et antal spillere svarende til maks. 8 spillere pr. bane kan deltage i hver træning (dvs. op til 24 spillere på 3 baner, 16 spillere på 2 baner).
Et lidt højere antal spillere er blevet tildelt hver gruppe baseret på historiske data om fremmøde.
I løbet af sæsonen vil vi overvåge fremmødet i alle grupper og tilpasse grupperne derefter, hvis vi ser lavere/højere fremmøde end forventet.
Hvis du undrer dig over, hvordan spillerne er blevet fordelt på træningsgrupperne, eller hvorfor dit navn ikke står på listen, så læs svarene i FAQ-afsnit #6 nedenfor.

4. Bredde morgen-træningsgruppe
Du kan kun deltage i morgentræningen, hvis du er medlem (dvs. har betalt medlemskontingent, se ovenfor i afsnit #2), men uafhængigt af om du deltager i eftermiddags-/aftentræningerne.
Det betyder, at du kan deltage i morgentræning oven i dine eftermiddags-/aftentræninger, men også selvom du ikke er blevet tildelt en eftermiddags-/aftengruppe.

5. Andre handlinger inden og under vintersæsonen
Kun hvis du er tildelt en eftermiddags-/aftengruppe og/eller deltager i morgentræningen, skal du, efter at have bekræftet din plads (se afsnit #3 og #4), gøre følgende:
HANDLING 1: Meld dig ind i Facebook-gruppen for din træningsgruppe(r) for at holde dig opdateret og i kontakt med dine holdkammerater og trænere.

HANDLING 2: Tilmeld dig hver træningsgang (både eftermiddag/aften og morgen) i løbet af sæsonen.
Dette gøres via vores hjemmeside eller Sportyfriends-appen: Find din træning under “Trainings” i kalenderen og tilmeld dig en specifik dato.
👉 Husk: Trænerne er blevet opfordret til at sende spillere hjem, som ikke har tilmeldt sig en træning.
Vigtig information:

Tilmelding til en træning åbner 14 dage før og lukker 24 timer inden start.

Du kan være tilmeldt én træning pr. træningsgruppe ad gangen inden for 14 dage.

Hvis træningen er fuldt booket, kan du stadig tilmelde dig ventelisten. Hvis en spiller melder fra før træningsstart, får du pladsen og en e-mail notifikation.
6. Ofte stillede spørgsmål (FAQ)
Q1: Hvordan er spillerne blevet fordelt på bredde eftermiddags-/aftengrupperne?
Fordelingen er sket ud fra tilgængelige pladser og følgende prioriteringsrækkefølge:

Medlemmer af klubbens udvalg, klubbens trænere, ansatte og bestyrelsesmedlemmer i 2024 og 2025
-
Elite-/talentspillere fra sommer 2025, som ikke er tildelt Elite/talent i vinter 2025-26
-
Nuværende medlemmer (først til mølle-princippet)
-
Nye og tilbagevendende medlemmer (først til mølle-princippet). Spillere, som stod på venteliste i sommeren, men ikke fik plads, er prioriteret først.
-
Sene ansøgere, som tilmelder sig efter deadline (venteliste, først til mølle).
👉 Spillere, der vender tilbage fra barsel fra det seneste år, betragtes som nuværende medlemmer.
Derudover er fordelingen sket på baggrund af:
-
Trænernes evaluering af spillere, der trænede i klubben sommeren 2025.
(Vurdering baseret på boldkontrol og teknik, koordination, motivation og indstilling, fremmøde). -
Seneste evaluering og/eller erfaring med både inde- og beachvolleyball angivet i tilmeldingen for tilbagevendende eller nye medlemmer.
Q2: Jeg vil gerne skifte til en anden træningsgruppe eller en anden træningsdag. Er det muligt?
Hvis du ikke er tilfreds med din gruppetildeling (fx hvis dagen ikke passer dig, hvis din makker er i en anden gruppe, eller hvis du ønsker et højere niveau), kan du skrive en mail til os og forklare situationen.
Vær dog opmærksom på:
-
I starten af sæsonen vil der kun blive lavet mindre justeringer. Senere i sæsonen, når trænerne har vurderet niveauet i grupperne og SU har overblik over fremmødet, kan der foretages flere ændringer.

Det vurderes fra sag til sag, og det kan tage tid (eller måske ikke ske i denne sæson), da flytning afhænger af ledige pladser og niveau.
-
Det er generelt lettere at blive rykket ned i niveau end op. Husk dette, når du skriver til os eller overvejer dit valg.
Hvis du ønsker at blive rykket til en anden gruppe (højere eller lavere niveau) på dette tidspunkt (før sæsonstart, men hvor du stadig skal bekræfte/afslå din plads inden for den kommende uge), har du 2 muligheder:
A) Afslå din plads, undlad at betale for træningspakken og bed SU på mail om at blive sat på ventelisten til den ønskede gruppe.
👉 I dette tilfælde må du ikke deltage i nogen træning, før SU kontakter dig, hvis/når der bliver en plads ledig. (Bemærk: dette kan tage uger, måneder eller måske slet ikke ske).
B) Accepter din plads, betal træningspakken inden fristen (se ovenfor), deltag i den gruppe, du er blevet tildelt, og bed derefter SU på mail om at blive sat på ventelisten til en anden gruppe.
👉 Hvis du vælger denne mulighed, er det vigtigt, at du betaler til tiden, også selvom du ikke har modtaget svar fra SU inden betalingsfristen.
Q3: Jeg har søgt en træningsplads, men kan ikke finde mit navn i en eftermiddags-/aftengruppe. Hvorfor?
Der har også i år været enorm interesse for at deltage i eftermiddags-/aftentræninger, og vi må desværre meddele, at vi ikke har pladser til alle interesserede.
Dette gælder især for tilbagevendende og nye medlemmer, men også enkelte nuværende medlemmer.
Hvis dit navn ikke står på nogen træningsgruppe, har vi desværre ikke kunnet tilbyde dig en plads.
Du er automatisk blevet tilføjet ventelisten og behøver ikke foretage dig yderligere.
Hvis en eller flere spillere ikke bekræfter deres plads eller melder fra i løbet af sæsonen, vil du blive kontaktet via e-mail af SU.

WINTER SEASON 2025-2026 WEEKLY SCHEDULE AND BREDDE TRAININGS

Please read the information about the winter season 2025-2026 below.
1. Winter season 2025-2026 and CPH Beach weekly schedule
Winter season 2025-26 starts at the beginning of October (week 40) and ends at the end of April (week 18, included). CPH Beach has courts for trainings and play in Hafnia Hallen, Valby.

In general, based on the club's strategy, the Board has set priorities for the trainings of the different units (Bredde, Elite, Youth). This includes setting the number of weekly training sessions for each unit and ensuring that all CPH Beach courts are used for training during the weekdays in the winter season. This will allow for more flexibility for free bookings in the weekends for all members. SU, the Elite Chef and the Youth Coordinator have then prepared the detailed schedule accordingly and allocated the club´s coaching staff.
2. Bredde offers and training packages
For winter 2025 the club offers the following options to bredde players:

One weekly afternoon/evening training: Priced at 700 DKK for the entire season, with the training session held on weekdays (Monday to Thursday) in the afternoon/evening (kl. 17-23). Various training groups reflecting various skill levels from beginner to advance are available.
AND/OR

One weekly early morning training: Priced at 400 DKK for the entire season, with the training session held on Wednesday, in the early morning (kl. 6:30-8:00). Various skill levels from beginner to advance are merged in the same group, but could be divided between the various courts reserved for this session.
If you are allocated to a training group, you have to pay a training package on top of the membership fee. The club´s membership fee 👉 https://medlem.cphbeach.dk/da/subscriptions needs to be paid by everyone who would like to be a member of the club. With it, members have the opportunity to (i) buy training packages (see above), and/or (ii) book courts for free with other members, and/or (iii) participate in club events (fx. Friday hygge mix, internal tournaments, Easter lunch, Christmas party, etc).
Prices for the training packages have been set by the Board, according to the club's financial strategy.
3. Bredde afternoon/evening training groups

Please note that only a number of players corresponding to maximum 8 players per court will be able to attend each training session (meaning up to 24 players for 3 courts, 16 players for 2 courts). A slightly higher number of players have been allocated to each group, based on historical data on attendance. During the season we will monitor the attendance of all groups and we will take actions and adjust the groups accordingly, if we see lower/higher attendance than expected.

If you are wondering how players have been allocated to the training groups or why your name is not in the list, please read the answers in the FAQs section #6 below.
ACTION FOR PLAYERS WHO APPLIED AND GOT ALLOCATED TO A TRAINING GROUP. Please accept/decline your spot before Tuesday, the 16th of September kl. 23:59. In case of late payment, you lose your spot and your place will go to a player on the waiting list.

If you wish to decline the training offer, please write SU an email (📧 su@cphbeach.dk). In this way, SU can give a spot to one of the many players on the waiting list.
If you wish to have a spot in another training group (higher or lower level), please read what to do in the FAQs section #6 below.
ACTION FOR PLAYERS WHO APPLIED AND DID NOT GET ALLOCATED TO A TRAINING GROUP. No action is needed. You have been automatically added to our waiting list, and we will contact you if and when a spot becomes available during the season. Please read more in the FAQs section #6 below.
If you are interested, you can still join the Early morning training. Please read section #4.
4. Bredde early morning training group
You can join the early morning training only if you are a member (meaning that you pay the membership fee, see above section #2), but independently from joining the afternoon/evening sessions. This means that you can join early morning training on top of the afternoon/evening sessions, but also in case you have not been allocated to an afternoon/evening training group.

5. Other actions required before winter season start and during season
Only if you have been allocated to an afternoon/evening training group and/or if you are joining the early morning trainings, once you have confirmed your spot (see sections #3 and #4), you should do 2 additional things before season start and during the season.
ACTION: Join the Facebook group of your training group(s) to stay informed and connect with your teammates and coaches. The links to the Facebook groups are shown in the overview of the training groups here 👉 CPH Beach training groups_Winter 2025-26_View access
ACTION: Sign up for each training session (both afternoon/evening and early morning) during the season.
You can use our homepage or the Sportyfriends App: Find your training session under 'Trainings' in the calendar and sign up for a specific date.
👉 Please note that all coaches have been encouraged to send players home who have not signed up for the specific training session.
Important information:
-
Registration for a training session opens 14 days before and closes 24 hours before the training starts.
-
You can be registered for one training session at the time for each training group you are allocated to, in the time range of 14 days.
-
If the training session is fully booked, you can sign up anyway and you will be placed on a waiting list for that specific training session. In case one of the other players cancels prior training start, the players on the waiting list will be given a spot and receive an email notification about this.
Therefore, always REMEMBER to:
(i) Cancel in advance if you are prevented from participating. Always cancel on the webpage/Sportyfriends app if you are not able to go to a training you have signed up to.
(ii) Check your e-mail (incl. the spam folder) if you are on the waiting list for the training session. You might be lucky and able to join!
Note: If you have problems with signing up to a training session and the message says “You have reached your active signup limit”, please try to log in from the website (not the Sportyfriends app), empty your basket/shopping cart/indkøbskurv (icon on the top left) and then sign up again.
6. Frequent Q&As:
Q1: How have the players been allocated to the bredde afternoon/evening training groups?
Players have been allocated to the various training groups based on available spots as follows:
- According to the following prioritisation order:
- Members of the club´s committees, coaches of the club, employees of the club, members of the board, in 2024 and 2025
- Elite/talent players from summer 2025 that are not allocated to Elite/talent in Winter 2025-26
- Current members (first-registered, first-allocated)
- New members and returning members (first-registered, first-allocated).
Players who have been on a waiting list in the summer and not allocated to a team, are allocated first.
- Late applicants, who register after the deadline (waiting list) (first-registered, first-allocated)
Players who are returning from maternity from the last year are allocated as current members.
- Based on the evaluation from the coaches, for players who have been training in the club during the summer 2025. Players have been evaluated based on ball control and technique, coordination, motivation and attitude, attendance.
- Based on the last evaluation and/or experience with both indoor- and beach-volleyball indicated in the registration, for returning member or new members of the club
Q2: I would like to move to another training group or another training day. Is it possible?
If you are not pleased with your group allocation (fx. if the specific training day doesn’t fit your private/work schedule, if your partner is allocated to another group, if you would like to be at a higher level, etc), you can contact us by email and explain the situation. However, please note that:
- At the beginning of the season only minor adjustments will be made, but, the more in the season, the more the coaches have evaluated the level of the group and SU has assessed available spots based on players attendance.
- It is a case-by-case situation, it might take time (or not happening at all for the current season) as being moved up/down ultimately depends on availability of spots in the other groups and level fit.
- In general, it is easier to ask to be moved down to a lower level than a higher level. Please keep this in mind when you write us an email or when you make the decision below.
If you wish to be moved to another group (higher or lower), at this point of the season (when season hasn’t started yet but you need to confirm/reject your spot in the next week) you have 2 options. You can either:
- A) reject your spot, not pay the training package, and ask SU by email to be placed on the waiting list for the higher/lower level In this case, you are not allowed to join any training groups until SU contacts you if and when a spot becomes available for you. Note: it might take weeks, months or not happen at all (see above).
or
- B) accept your spot, pay the training package before the deadline (see above), join the training of the level you have been allocated to, and then ask SU by email to be placed on the waiting list of the higher/lower level. In this case, SU will contact you if and when a spot becomes available for you. If you chose this option, it is important that you pay timely (before the deadline) even though you have not received a reply from SU before the payment deadline.
Q3: I have applied for a training spot, but I cannot find my name in an afternoon/evening training group. Why?
Once again this year, we have experienced massive interest in participation in afternoon/evening trainings, and we must therefore also announce that we unfortunately do not have spots for everyone who has shown interest. This especially affects returning and new members, but also few current members.
If your name does not appear in any training group, we have unfortunately not been able to find a spot for you. You have already automatically been added to our waiting list and you do not need to take any further action for this.
If one or more players do not confirm their spot or drop out in the next weeks and/or during the season, leaving free spots in the training groups, then you will be contacted via e-mail by SU. Please check your emails regularly, including your spam folder.
In the meantime, you are still very welcome to join the club and become a member (by paying the membership fee (https://medlem.cphbeach.dk/da/subscriptions). With it, members have the opportunity to (i) buy training packages (see above), and/or (ii) book courts for free with other members, and/or (iii) participate in club events (fx. Q4: I have not applied for/forgot to apply for a training spot for the winter season. Can I still join?
The registration for joining a bredde (≥19 years old) training group for the winter 2025-26 season is closed. If you missed the deadline you can apply for the waiting list by filling up this questionnaire https://forms.cloud.microsoft/e/J3mf2fXv8d
SU will contact you if and when a spot opens up for you during the season.

7. Final important information

If you are unable to finish the season for various reasons (injury, pregnancy, personal circumstances), please communicate this both to your coaches and to SU (📧 su@cphbeach.dk).
