Dear CPH Beach Family, 

As we adjust ourselves into 2025, the board wants to thank you for the year that was 2024, as we look back, we would like to share with you the results of the club satisfaction survey, based on input from summer season 2024. Thank you to all who filled it out; 101 members, which was 33% of our training members at the time. A special thanks to those who took the time to write us their personal feedback and comments; the board has read through all of them and will take them into consideration for our future activities and priorities. 

Here are the results in the below link, the same form will be used for comparison after this winter season and the following seasons. We hope to reach a level where more than 50% of the club members choose to participate in the survey going forward.

Looking towards 2025, the board is excited for several initiatives ahead of us; 

• Hiring new employees ( SoMe & communications responsible, Elite Chef and Youth Coordinator)

• Recruiting new board members in the GF

• Implementing our satisfaction survey further

At the top our list, is to do all we can to get the long over-due air dome operational. Our partners Hafnia Hal are doing all they can to ensure progress, and we have acted, with support from DGI, to contact the press to put some pressure on the case handlers in the Municipality, where the progress for approval for use has stalled. We expect the article to be published soon. All parties are exceptionally frustrated with outcome so far. A special thank you to Aarhus Beach Club for their helpful support in this process. 

As always, regarding the past year, the club members that deserve special mention, are those who help make this club what it is: That is our dear employees, past and present, our steadfast committees and the massive positive impact they have on our club, Tournament, Volunteer, Party, Sponsor & Elite committees. Our coaches also need a big shout, the fun and high-quality sessions so many of us enjoy, wouldn’t be possible without our engaged and dedicated coaches. Lastly, thank you to you all members, you make us what we are and each one of you is important to us, so cheers to you, we hope you will also consider personally, what a good 2025 looks like for our club and will help us in creating that reality.
